Payment & Delivery
1. Payment methods
The following secure payment options are available in our online shop:
• Prepayment (bank transfer)
Simply transfer the invoice amount to our bank account. You will receive the account details by email along with your order confirmation. Please state your invoice number, order number and the order date as the payment reference.
• PayPal
Pay quickly, easily and securely via your PayPal account.
• Credit card (including Apple Pay & Google Pay)
Pay directly during the ordering process using VISA or Mastercard, as well as Apple Pay or Google Pay.
• SEPA Direct Debit
The invoice amount will be conveniently debited from your bank account once you have submitted your order.
• Giropay
Pay directly via your bank or savings bank’s online transfer service.
General information on prices:
• All prices quoted are final prices and include VAT at the statutory rate.
• We do not offer any discounts or cash discounts on first-time orders (except for vouchers).
• It is not possible to collect goods in person from our premises.
2. Postage & Delivery Information
• Standard delivery: Items are usually dispatched as insured parcels via DHL.
• Processing & delivery time: Your order is usually processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days.
• Express & Special Requests: If you would like your order dispatched by express delivery, by a specific date or via a different courier, please contact us before placing your order.
• Digital content: There are no delivery charges for digital goods (e.g. e-books or software).
• Parcel tracking: As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with the relevant tracking number.
Special notes:
• Minimum order surcharge: For orders with a total value of less than €10.00, we charge a minimum order surcharge of €4.50.
• Orders over 20 kg: Parcels with a total weight of more than 20 kg cannot be ordered directly online due to high transport costs. Please request a personalised quote for freight forwarding in such cases.
• Customs & international taxes (non-EU / Switzerland): For deliveries to non-EU countries (e.g. Switzerland), the customer is responsible for declaring the goods to customs. Any customs duties, import taxes or local charges that may apply must be paid directly to the relevant local authorities.
