Complete Bluetooth kit for intermediate and end-of-line installation on the waste water pipe

This kit is designed for intermediate installation within the existing waste water pipe. Cut the pipe and insert the valve with the sockets in between. The kit can also be used for end installation. The hose connector can be screwed into the downward-sloping elbow as required. All accessories required for installation are included in the set. You can choose between three different external pipe diameters (D 32 mm, D 40 mm, D 50 mm). The Bluetooth box is available in portrait or landscape orientation. All necessary cables and connections are included in the Bluetooth speaker set. Simply connect a 12V power supply to the speaker, then connect the speaker to the valve using the cable provided. It’s all plug-and-play.

The complete set consists of:

• VCR05-42 DN25 (1-inch) electric waste valve, manual emergency operation
• Bluetooth complete set, available in portrait or landscape orientation. Plug-and-play with all accessories (see Bluetooth Box)
• App available for Android only.
• PVC socket with external thread/adhesive socket DN25 (1 inch) x 32/40, or x 40/50, or x 50/63 (2 of each)
• PVC 90° elbow, female thread on both ends, DN25 (1 inch)
• PVC double nipple DN25 (1 inch)
• PVC hose connector with external thread DN25 (1 inch x 25 mm)
• PVC cleaner 30 ml
• PVC adhesive, 125 ml tube
• Teflon tape

Application

This motorised ball valve opens or closes electrically (12 volts DC). With a voltage converter, available as an optional extra in the shop, you can also operate the box on vehicles with 24 volts.
You can open or close the valve via your app on your mobile phone or directly on the Bluetooth box. The valve position is indicated by an LED.
